DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER (Santa Clara)

Position Summary

Agora.io is looking for a demand generation superstar to join our rapidly expanding commercial marketing team. We are looking for someone who can who can drive demand, produce quality content, thrives in analytics, and speak the language of MQLs and QSLs. 

The Demand Generation Manager position is a key role with a primary focus of driving demand generation strategy across digital, database marketing and email marketing.

The perfect candidate will be able to understand what makes customers use and run Agora.io, get inside the mind of the different personas, understand what customers want to achieve, and how we can best support that. The number one goal for our Demand Gen Manager is to build campaigns that will grow our sales funnel.  

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and manage multi-channel integrated campaigns that reach developers, product owners and decision markers.
  • Drive digital campaigns, database marketing, and oversee an elaborate email marketing program.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics with an eye on continuously increasing the number of MQL’s while improving cost of customer acquisition.
  • Manage day to day digital demand generation programs which target developers, product owners and decision markers.

Visual Designer (Contract)

Responsibilities

Create visual designs for various projects as needed, such as presentation decks, social media marketing, and email campaigns

The mission of the Developer Evangelist team is to win the hearts and minds of Developers to secure the future of the platform. As a Developer Evangelist, you’ll be instrumental in building a large and vibrant community for Agora real-time communication cloud services. You’ll build and nurture great relationships with developers online and offline, create amazing sample codes, be our developer ambassador, trainer and guide-to-all-things for the developer community. Responsibilities

  • Design and create reference applications and sample codes that closely match our target customer use cases. Publicly share the source code on Github, blog posts, and other developer channels.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Singapore, Malaysia)

Position Summary

Agora.io’s Account Executive will be responsible for driving and gaining customer adoption of Agora.io’s technology in the Singapore market. While based in Singapore, you will be reporting to our Director of Sales in California, and drive sales cycles with key accounts, negotiate and close major deals with targeted customers, and be a key team member in Southeast Asia with a great potential of evolving yourself and the company’s growth in this market.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle sales processes achieving short-, mid- and long-term sales objectives.
  • Ensure sales and revenue targets are achieved in line with set objectives.
